Policies for Temple Seva, Donations, and Pooja Booking

Please read these policies before making a donation, booking a pooja, or using the online services of Shree Nagnath Mahadev Trust.

Shree Nagnath Mahadev Trust respects the privacy of every devotee who visits the website, books pooja seva, makes a donation, or contacts the temple.

Once a pooja booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the devotee after booking.
Donation seva cannot be cancelled after submission because it is treated as a voluntary offering to Shree Nagnath Mahadev Trust.
Devotees should carefully verify name, date, amount, contact number, and sankalp details before confirming any booking or donation.
The temple may adjust pooja timing or service arrangements during festivals, emergency conditions, maintenance, or crowd management requirements.

Donations and pooja bookings are sacred offerings made towards temple seva, rituals, devotee facilities, and trust activities.

No refund will be provided after a donation is made.
No refund will be provided after booking a pooja or temple seva.
Amounts received may be used for daily pooja, mandir maintenance, festival arrangements, annadan, devotee facilities, and other trust-approved seva activities.
If a payment appears failed, duplicated by the payment gateway, or not reflected in records, devotees may contact the trust with transaction details for verification.
